About This Spot

Stepping into The Henry at Boulevard Tower, you'll immediately sense an inviting pulse that balances the familiar comfort of a classic diner with a quiet nod to the bustling energy of Las Vegas just outside its doors. The space hums with a friendly rhythm — the clink of coffee cups, soft conversations, and the occasional burst of laughter — all unfolding without rush, offering a steady, grounded counterpoint to the city's usual flash and frenzy.

This is a place where mornings stretch out with a gentle ease, and the mood is warm and unpretentious. Whether you’ve wandered in from a nearby hotel or the lively Strip, the atmosphere encourages a moment of pause, a breath in a busy day. Diners here savor moments as much as meals — from poured coffee that arrives in generous portions, to breakfasts that invite conversation around the table without demanding ceremony.

The menu unfolds like a reliable, well-loved story told one plate at a time. There’s a comforting sense of generosity in the portions and a thoughtful touch in how simple ingredients come together — layered textures, subtle acidity, and that occasional surprise of a tangy garnish that brightens familiar flavors. This is the kind of spot where the food feels approachable yet carefully crafted, weaving together casual satisfaction with moments that hint at something more special.

Service here leans toward the warmly efficient, where friendly nods and genuine smiles create an experience that’s relaxed but attentive — the kind of place where a host’s upbeat greeting can soften a wait, and a waiter’s easy charm makes you feel like a regular, even if it’s your first visit.

For those seeking a spot to linger over morning rituals or to share a mid-morning feast with friends and family, The Henry strikes a welcoming balance — a diner at heart, but with a quietly curated spirit that honors both the city around it and the local moments within it.

This place has been on my radar for a while and we finally came to come here on this past trip. We were lucky to be seated right away, cause this place usually has a bunch of people waiting to get a table in the morning. The service was nice, the food was pretty good. You can also tell that it's better than some diner breakfast but not as good as some of the fancier places on the strip, like Jardin at the Wynn for example. My son got a classic breakfast with eggs and meat and he liked it. My wife got the vegetable skillet and I didn't like it but she did. Overall it was good and I'd come back. Good choice for breakfast at the Cosmo besides Eggslut.

The cup of coffee is huge and of great quality. Complete with a side of cream in a cute dish. I ordered the avocado toast, which was a big portion. I was unable to finish it. The pickled onions on top give this toast a great taste. My son ordered the pancakes. Light and fluffy, plentiful too. My daughter decided upon a breakfast burrito, loaded down with hash browns, eggs, tomatoes, etc…

We wanted to grab breakfast and, since we were staying at The Cosmopolitan, decided to try The Henry. Even without a reservation, the hostess was friendly and quoted about an hour wait. We put our name down and went to gamble for a bit, but only about twenty minutes later we received a text that our table was ready, which was a pleasant surprise. Once seated, our waiter greeted us warmly and made us feel right at home. My wife and I shared the Braised Short Rib Benedict and the French Toast, and both were absolutely incredible. The Benedict came beautifully plated with tender braised short rib layered over a crispy potato cake, topped with perfectly poached eggs and a rich, velvety hollandaise. Every bite was perfectly balanced with the savory short rib and the crunch of the potato base soaking up the jus underneath. The French Toast was just as impressive, featuring thick golden slices topped with fresh strawberries and bananas, toasted hazelnuts, and a drizzle of chocolate sauce. The whipped cream on top added the perfect light sweetness, and the syrup on the side was a nice touch for anyone wanting a little extra indulgence. We also enjoyed some late-morning cocktails that were just as well-executed as the food, balanced, refreshing, and perfectly matched to the relaxed brunch vibe. Overall, The Henry delivered an exceptional breakfast experience with great service, delicious food, and a welcoming atmosphere. It’s an easy choice to return next time we’re staying at The Cosmopolitan.

Another reminder of unnecessary high priced breakfast restaurants in Vegas. Nothing any special than to your local brunch or breakfast place in your town. Their omelette was great! Their tater tot fries appetizer was great too. Do not get the tomato soup lowkey very creamy which I don’t think pairs well with the the grilled cheese The sandwich was good and also the short rib Benedict was good too.

Wow, best poached eggs I've ever eaten..perfectly soft-boiled on the inside. The braised short rib tasted excellent. Avocado toast was well made; the capers added an extra level of complexity in flavors. Will definitely come back again

The Henry at the Cosmopolitan is a solid choice if you want something reliable and tasty on the Strip. The atmosphere is casual but polished, good for a quick bite or a sit-down meal. Service is efficient and friendly, which makes the experience smooth even when it’s busy. We had the hamburger and the tater tots. Both came out hot, fresh, and well-prepared. The burger was flavorful and satisfying, and the tater tots were crispy and seasoned just right. Overall, it’s the kind of place you can count on for a good meal any time of day. A dependable spot in Vegas that balances comfort food with quality execution.
